This page is dedicated to answering some of the most common questions we get asked about our Peachtree City Produce Baskets.  If you have additional questions that were not answered here, please let us know.

After purchasing an empty basket when will the basket arrive?

Empty baskets only need to be ordered by those who are buying produce from us for the first time. Your basket will arrive with your first order of produce the next morning.

You don’t have to wait for an empty basket to arrive at your door before ordering produce because we don’t deliver empty baskets, only baskets full of produce from your produce order.

Can I order more than one basket?

Because we currently only deliver to Peachtree City many customers have family and friends that want to participate but cannot because they don’t live in Peachtree City. Because of this people have asked if they can buy more than one basket and then just give the baskets to their friends and family. Yes you can.

I technically don’t live in Peachtree City but I am just outside of it, can I participate?

Believe it or not some Fayetteville address are easier to deliver to than Peachtree City addresses. We have made exceptions to our “Peachtree City Only” rule. If you feel like you are an exception to the rule, please give us a call at (678) 723-3880. We will ask you for your address, look it up and give you a decision on whether or not we can deliver to you.

Is there any obligation to purchase every week or every month…?

With our produce you can buy whenever you want from our store.  You can buy every day, once a week, once a month, or any other interval.

Do I have to buy an empty basket for $16 in order to participate?

Yes. Our baskets are an important factor for us to be able to offer produce delivery and without them we wouldn’t have anything to deliver the produce in. We require all first time participants to first purchase an empty basket. B.T.W. Because we use these baskets, together we are eliminating the waste of hundreds and thousands of plastic bags.

How do I order produce?

When is the produce delivered?

We deliver custom produce baskets the next morning except for sundays.  We are closed sundays and don’t do any deliveries on sunday.  Our normal delivery hours start at 5:00 a.m. and go to 11:00 a.m.  We usually get deliveries done before 9:00.

If this is not your first time ordering produce, you must make sure your empty basket is on your door step no later than 5:00 a.m. the following morning. You can leave your basket out the night before.

What happens if I have a problem with the produce?

If you ever receive produce that is not fresh or has problems, please inform us immediately of this. We do everything we can to make sure every piece of produce is fresh and yummy. However, it is impossible to be perfect all the time especially with fresh produce. But we can be 100% on fixing the issue. Please call us at (678) 723-3880 to inform us of the issue and we will make sure we take care of it! We value our participants greatly!

How much is delivery?

To get your produce delivered for free just meet the days minimum order amount.  You will see what the days  minimum order amount is when adding produce to your cart or on the checkout pages.  It will even alert you of how much more produce you need to get free delivery.  All saturday co-op baskets are delivered for free.
