The Special Events Team met on May 5, 2026, to discuss Special Event Permits for a Youth Triathlon and Go Church. Kim Lindsey, Special Events Coordinator, called the meeting to order at 10:30 AM. The team reviewed and approved meeting minutes from May 5, 2026. They discussed a proposed Special Event Permit for Tri PTC for a triathlon at Glenloch Recreation Center on July 11, 2026, and a proposed Special Event Permit for Go Church at Glenloch on May 23, 2206. The meeting was adjourned at 11:13 AM.
