Job Description

We are actively seeking the services of a Lead Water Restoration Technician.

Job Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in water restoration.

• Must possess strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a crew, but must also be able to work side by side with others.

• Must possess Water Restoration Technician (WRT) IICRC Certification, additional certifications such as, Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT), Upholstery Fabric Technician (UFT), Stone, Masonry and Ceramic Tile CleaningTechnician (SMT), Applied Microbial Remediation Restoration Technician (AMRT), arealso highly desirable. RIA equivalents are also acceptable.

• Experience utilizing Xactimate or equivalent to estimate water restoration projects.

• Experience scoping, estimating water restoration projects and dealing with adjusters.

• Possess positive mental attitude with a focus on customer service and a strong work ethic.

• Must be available to work on call.

• Must pass a background check, drug test and have a good driving record.

• Must have their own reliable transportation

• Live within 45 minutes of Fayetteville
