So you’re back from Spring Break vacation and you’ve got that nasty sunburn. Maybe you didn’t have to leave town, many days out on Lake Peachtree left me crisp with a sunburn (though you probably didn’t get burned there since the refilling is still postponed).
Not only do you look like a lobster, but also the mere thought of putting on more clothes makes you cringe. As much as you wish you would have lathered yourself up with sunscreen before you got in the sun, there is no going back. If you’re feeling kind, share this with your friends who might have gotten burned this Spring Break too! Aloe Vera helps sooth the pain of a sunburn, but it does not help much for the healing process. If you really want to quicken the healing of your sunburn use Vinegar!
Vinegar has acetic acid which acts as a pain reliever for a sunburn. Vinegar eases pain, itching, and inflammation. If your sunburn is severe, soak a few paper towels in white vinegar or apple cider vinegar and lay it on the the sunburnt area. Leave the towels on until they are dry or as long as possible.
If your sunburn is less severe, you can dilute it with water and soak it into your skin. For a sunburned face, you can use a cotton ball to apply the vinegar. You’ll love how the vinegar keeps your skin from peeling and blistering. Make sure that you keep your skin moist to help it heal fastest.
I have a friend who grew up using vinegar on her sunburns. She said she would have a really bad burn, then put vinegar on it and the next morning it was like the healing process had fast forwarded three days! Her sunburn looked like a tan and was much less painful. When you try this out, let us know how it worked for you!

Hmm it appears like your site ate my first comment (it was
super long) so I guess I’ll just sum it up what I submitted and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your
blog. I too am an aspiring blog blogger but I’m still new to everything.
Do you have any helpful hints for inexperienced blog writers?
I’d genuinely appreciate it.
Hey there! This is kind of off topic but I need some help from
an established blog. Is it tough to set up your own blog?
I’m not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty
quick. I’m thinking about setting up my own but
I’m not sure where to begin. Do you have any ideas
or suggestions? Appreciate it
