Both my wife and I would like to use facility for kayaking and fishing. My wife is a recently retired educator having taught at Oak Grove and I’m a disabled Veteran. Being on a fixed income makes the park fee become an expense that takes away our being able to use this beautiful lake. Is there any type of annual pass that can be obtained that would make nit more affordable for us?

I was wondering if parking passes were available for individuals who do not reside in Fayette county, but are employed at businesses on Dividend? Many such individuals would like to enjoy the park on their lunch hour. Please advise.

Is this pavilion for rent? If so, who would be the contact to reach out to?

I’ve heard that there will be shuttles from nearby parking lots for everyone that will run all day back and forth. ( Just like other events here in town)

On golf cart, you can get to the Lake McIntosh Park . You may want to cross over on Kelly Drive and hit Dividend Dr. and turn right on to TDK BLVD. TDK BLVD. takes you right into the park.

    Dear Reader,
My wife and I drove to the end of TDK blvd yesterday to Lake McIntosh’s picnic park where the Dragon Boat races are to be held this Sat.The area is MUCH SMALLER than we had imagined with limited parking.Where will they ever locate the various booths-food,crafts,etc..and parking for cars, golfcarts??As we recall from the past events at Lake Peachtree, this is a very popular event for people to attend!

Being that this is the first time the Dragon Boat Races will be held at Lake McIntosh there will be some new things learned about hosting an event here. However, I think you will be wonderfully surprised at how well the park and facilities will accommodate this event, people, and venues.
